You are not underground just along a hillside. This is wonderful, especially in the summer, because it keeps the bedrooms cooler during the warmer summer days. The majority of the widows are at the backside of the home that faces northwest. There are no other residents that face this side of the home, so there is plenty of privacy. There are small offices below that operate M-F and some homes out in the distance. We are part of attached town homes, so you do share walls with neighbors to the right and left, but there is nobody above or below you. The homes are staggered a bit, so noise has not been an issue, but please be respectful of the neighbors. We enjoy the neighbors we have and would like to remain in their good graces.
